Surge City

Surge City, a metropolis in the middle of a Civil War between the Reboot Rebels and the Central Alliance. With the aftermath of looting, violent protests, power-battles and destruction scarring the city, the city has fallen into darkness, the power is off. With the Rebels stealing the powerful children of the city and forcing them to be soldiers, the Alliance has hidden their youngsters below the city, guarding them with the Central Commandos, but the Rebels are getting more violent and more daring. No one can enter from the outside, and no one can leave with the Rebels prowling around every corner and cutting down anyone who gets in their way. Likewise, the Commandos attack and arrest anyone of suspicion of involvement with the Rebels. Dark times are here, and they're getting harder and harder to cope with.
