Piper was speechless. She couldn't form words. All she could do was stare dumbly at Emery as he laid there helplessly. "I... I... uh..." Blinking a few times to try to snap herself out of it, she set her mouth in a straight, hard line. "You're... important to me too, Em. I... I promise I won't let them kick you out. We'll be together through all of this. I swear to it."
Gabe smiled a closed-mouth smile a Rapid before placing his hand on the back of Rapid's neck and pulling the taller male down as he simultaneously stood on his tip-toes to reconnect their lips. It's a start Gabe thought as he was flush against Rapid's tight body. If only he could help Rapid relax. He moved his lips against Rapid's and, in a brief flash of courage, trailed his tongue across Rapid's lower lip.

Rapid blinked in surprise at Gabe's sneaky tongue and couldn't help but smile against his lips. He rested his free hand gingerly on Gabe's waist and exhaled, trying to stop feeling so rigid, his legs felt like jello so he sat down on the edge of the bed, now Gabe wouldn't have to stretch so far to reach him. "Sorry." he mumbled shyly against his lips, his legs just decided to stop working.
Emery winced and sat up, rubbing his side where here ice beam had pierced his side from before. "At least I'm healing up." he mumbled. "Glad you missed."

Gabe adjusted to the change in position rather quickly and mumbled a quick, "s'okay," before attacking Rapid's mouth with his own again. At this level, Rapid was a bit shorter than Gabe so the smaller man draped himself on Rapid's lap. His legs were straddling Rapid's waist and he fought back a smile at how relieved and ecstatic he'd been when Rapid more or less agreed on them trying out this new relationship.
Piper nodded. Before she could help herself, her body reacted. She reached forward and seized Emery, wrapping her arms around his neck and burying her face in the side of his neck. She'd regret this later. There was a mumbled 'yeah.'

Emery wanted to shoved her away but Alfonse had him hold her close, wrapping his arms around her and patting her back. He turned, pressing his cheek against hers. "Piper its ok." he rested his hand on the back of her head, stroking her back with the other. "I know you didn't mean it." Alfonse knew he was driving Emery ballistic and decided to seal the deal by pressing his lips against Piper's cheek gingerly to calm her down. "I trust you." Alfonse murmured through him. 'Don't trust me!' Emery begged, knowing she could never hear him.
Rapid smiled and let Gabe play, he rested his hands on his waist to him him in place and let Gabe do what he wanted to his lips. He smiled against Gabe's playful tongue. As Gabe maneuvered on him his shirt tugged up and Rapid's hands brushed against the warm skin of his waist. He hadn't expected Gabe's skin to feel so soft. He felt himself teetering but he didn't want to move his hands from Gabe so he landed on his back and more or less pulled Gabe forwards onto his stomach. He paused wondering whether he had messed up, but decided to take a gamble and rested one hand on the back of Gabe's neck and kissed him back once again, keeping the other hand pressed against the small of Gabe's back, holding him securely against him.

A sigh escaped from Piper's lips at the feel of Emery's warm lips on her cold skin. "Thanks Em." One of her arms that were wrapped around his neck moved down to wrap around his stomach, gingerly brushing the wound at his side. She traced obscure patterns on his warm back.
Gave fell forward with Rapid. He was scared he might hurt Rapid with all of his body weight before he remembered that Rapid had super strength and he chuckled.

Alfonse was jeering in Emery's head. 'This tramp is so cold how do you even stand touching her.' he had Emery wrap both arms around her and push the hair from her face, he blinked into her gray eyes then moved forward and kissed her deeply. Emery wanted to scream, he couldn't stand this! Piper had to notice! She had to realize this wasn't him! She had to stop this! Unless Piper wanted this?? Unless somehow all along she had wanted this she wouldn't be able to tell, and he wasn't able to tell her himself that it wasn't true! It was all a lie! He felt Alfonse slide his hands down her back and settle on her waist. He wanted to die he knew if and when Piper found out about everything, she'd be furious and hurt. 'Lets see how far she'll go.' Alfonse snickered in his head, Emery wanted to shut his eyes and block everything out but he had never been more powerless in his entire life.
Rapid smiled and rested his head back, looking up at the ceiling, he breathed out slow, trying to relax. He was still nervous, but no longer terrified and tense. Gabe was doing wonders to ease his mind. He tilted his head forward to see him better, he smiled, he like Gabe perched on his stomach, smiling down at him. Everything felt right, his little laugh, his careful touches, his slow and friendly movements. Rapid knew he couldn't have made a better choice in people. "Thank you." he murmured quietly. He could only hope Gabe knew what he meant.
