The Reboot Rebels are a violent anarchist guerilla group let by Alfonse, a savage man with the nasty power of Blood Puppetry.
Alfonse's camp was hidden in the northern woods for years as a junkyard collection of trailers, buses and box cars converted into the ultimate Reboot camp. When he takes over the city the camp is moved at the city-side entrance to every demolished bridge.

Characters, their names, age, affiliations and powers. Its alright to have duplications of powers as someone else, however, if its something truly specific and original you must get the original inventor's permission.

Also, I know they're super heroes, but watch the power playing, even if they're indestructible they need a flaw, a weakness. Something that makes them 'human.'

The Reboot Rebels are an army of powerful outlaws fixated on toppling the government of Surge City and taking over to run things how they see fit. Instead of sorting by powers in the Academy, they plan on only using the most powerful and practical beings in their forces. Useless powers are useless people. Cruel and Sadistic, they stalk the city and attack without mercy, they will stop at nothing to get to the top and achieve their goal.

Surge City, a metropolis in the middle of a Civil War between the Reboot Rebels and the Central Alliance. With the aftermath of looting, violent protests, power-battles and destruction scarring the city, the city has fallen into darkness, the power is off. With the Rebels stealing the powerful children of the city and forcing them to be soldiers, the Alliance has hidden their youngsters below the city, guarding them with the Central Commandos, but the Rebels are getting more violent and more daring. No one can enter from the outside, and no one can leave with the Rebels prowling around every corner and cutting down anyone who gets in their way. Likewise, the Commandos attack and arrest anyone of suspicion of involvement with the Rebels. Dark times are here, and they're getting harder and harder to cope with.
