Description: 6'7", Dark-skinned (Romani) shaggy, dark hair, bright hazel eyes, small scar on the right side of his jaw. He also has a short, scruffy beard on his chin. Rapid wears a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt and jeans that have been heavily patched. Rapid is very shy and super wary of his powers. He doesn't want to hurt anyone, but at the same time he doesn't want to be anyone's doormat. When the power to the city was cut by the rebels and the fighting started, he did his best to protect his friends and their families. He's become the provider to many refugee families by looting stores for food and supplies to help. Rapid has grown up on the streets most of his life, he never saved enough to go to the Academy and was too shy to seek loans or other help from family outside the city. Rapid is afraid of what will happen to his friends and their loved ones if either the paranoid police or the bloodthirsty Rebels finds them and he has a fear of water since he can't swim very well.

History: Rapid ran away from home when he was 16 and moved to the city, he wanted to go to the Academy to learn how to control his strength better and find work, but he couldn't afford it. After causing so much property damage to the room he rented (accidentally ripping doors off the hinges, shattering windows, busting holes in the walls) no place wanted to rent out to a super strength person who couldn't control themselves, so he took to the streets, councing back and forth between uptown and downtown homeless shelters. His kindness and naivety made him an easy target and dispite his strength he's been robbed many times, but his character also earned him many friends in the city as well who helped him out, now he returns to favor in these dark times by being a looter and scavenger to get them and their families what they need to survive. He's on no one's side but that doesn't mean he can't be persuaded.
