History: Elroy was a star student in the technopath lab at the Academy and worked there for several years tutoring younger students that came there from gradeschools to help them manage their power (stop breaking computers and televisions when they got excited or causing small explosions without meaning to.) He moved on to become a huge success in the Academy, a telepathy and technopathy professor that also invents things for the Cammandos and the SIlver Wings. When the Academy was overthrown the Rebels captured him Alfonse has been using his Blood Puppetry to use him to aid in their efforts, helping them break into high security areas by shutting down cameras and door locks and other alarm devices.
