Powers: Lilah has the power to control the air around her, turning it in a gail-force wind that can knock people back. She can also use this ability to fly. Where her powers are in use, her eyes glow sea-green and her hands have a greenish aura as well.
History: Lilah graduated at the top of her class from both the Central Academy and Commando training. Despite her powers, she chose not to be a field agent and instead chose to work at the station working hands on with the people that were sent there. When the attacks started she tried to protect the citizens the best she could. She started organizations to drive around with food and medical supplies to the citizens trapped in the city, but when the trucks started getting attacked and commando drivers were getting kill the council scrapped her idea, she still fought against their verdict since she knows the people are only stealing and looting to survive and she won't condemn them for that. Lilah wants to make things right for the citizens and doesn't blame them for no trusting the commandos.
