History: She is one of the leaders of Reboot. When she was a teenager, her father ran into some financial trouble and had debt to pay. He wasn't able to come up with the money, so he offered his daughter instead. She held a grudge against her father for selling her and her brother for doing nothing to stop it. Just like that she was married to a man twice her age and whisked off- never to see her father or brother again. When she was pregnant, her powers became unstable and no one was allowed near her or the unborn child. Every time she'd reach the third trimester she'd go through difficulties and lose the baby. She carried to full term only twice in her life and once she gave birth to a still-born baby. She eventually gave birth to a healthy baby girl who she raised with tenderness and care. Her husband died not long after their daughter was born. Not wanting to take any chances on her baby girl's life she made sure to set down a firm set of rules. With these rules, her daughter grew up rebellious. When her daughter fell in love with a man much older than her, Charlotte disapproved and sent him away. It wasn't much use when her daughter ran away for a few weeks with him, before coming back home to her mother. It wasn't much of a surprise when they found out she was pregnant. The pregnancy was hard on her daughter and she eventually died only minutes after giving birth. Charlotte thought the father was out of the picture, but when her grandchild disappeared one night, she knew it was the babe's father. She spent years looking for her grandchild, but to no avail. Eventually, she gave up. She joined Reboot not long after her daughter's passing. She believed that the only way to truly cause change was to run the streets with blood and fight.
