Sheila rubbed her head and got up, running to his arms thankfully. "I must have more meat on my hand then you." she teased breathlessly. "Thank you... Now we gotta go." she turned seeing Alfonse leaving the Greenhouse, Elroy following behind him. "Johnny!" she pointed. She looked nervously at his face. "Go get him, I'll get everyone to the beach."

Piper nodded. "I'll see you there." she paused. "Kaiser where's Angani? Is he hiding?"

Elroy never felt so trapped. He was a snarling raging entity in his won skin trying to break free but he calmly and obediently followed Alfonse down the steps and across the snowy lawn bathed in orange fire-light from the burning guardhouse and dorms. Alfonse looked to Levi and Layla. "Join the other, get rid of the students. I don't need prisoners from here."
Angel landed on the ground in front of Alfonse. "Hey! You want those kids you gotta go through the silver wings!" he shouted.
Alfonse laughed out loud. "Oh however will we get past you?" he turned to Nico. "Blast this f*cker out of the sky."

Johnny laughed, wiping a strand of sopping wet hair out of her face. Following her line of sight, he saw Elroy trailing behind the Rebel leader docilely. He faced Sheila again, grinning confidently. "We'll be on the beach in five minutes," he promised, giving her a chaste kiss. He squeezed her hand as he let go, turning to race towards the group. He caught up as Angel landed ahead. Overhearing Alfonse, he lashed out with a whip of water around Nico's ankle and tugged, pulling him to the ground. "Nico, don't!" he pleaded.

Kaiser winced, shaking his head helplessly. "I left him in the city, I think...I think somewhere safe," he started, before cutting himself off. "We can't think about it now. Once we get these people to safety, I'll go back for him." He clapped her lightly on the shoulder, putting on a brave smile. "See you on the other side."

Levi looked miserably shocked and opened his mouth like he was about to argue. Layla grabbed his arm and tugged him down the stairs. "Yes sir."
"But that's not fair, all the cool shit's happening here!" Levi whined as he was dragged away.
Nico followed Alfonse down the stairs, refusing to look at Elroy. Instead, he kept his gaze forward, a steely cold expression painted on his face. Sparks were already winding around him, charging up and getting ready to strike when needed. At Alfonse's order, he hesitated a moment. He had to do it again? He glanced at him and saw Elroy. The cold gripped him again. His face hardened and he turned to Angel. Branches of white lightning shot out from around him. Crackles of thunder filled his ears and the air felt hot and alive. He rolled his shoulders and began to gather all his energy into the palms of his hands. Suddenly, something grabbed him, tugging him back. Panic shot through him more violently than any lightning he could conjure. Something was attacking him! He whipped towards the vine of water, refocusing his target. He felt the electricity surge through the liquid, growing and racing until it met its source. He stumbled backwards, ripping himself free from his attacker, and readied himself to strike again. It took a moment for his senses to sharpen again, an though things still felt distant and blurry, he slowly recognized the tanned, blond figure. "...Johnny...?"

Alfonse frowned at Nico. "Well? Get up!" he poked his shoulder with the toe of his boot sharply. Seeing Johnny joining the fray he smiled. "Hmm, two against one? Lets even those odds." his eyes flashed and so did Elroy's. He felt his sense reaching into the new body like a hand into a new silk glove.
Alfonse flexed Elroy's hands and set his jaw before he make him reach out and crumbled the flyer boots around Angel's feet like tin cans. Angel cried out and collapsed in pain on the ground. Elroy summoned the remaining sparking cables from the ground and coiled them around the squirming flyer, holding himn fast, then he turned his reddened gaze on Johnny and raised a sparking coil to zap him.

Johnny yelped as the electricity coursed through the water and struck him directly, blowing him back a few paces, his senses on fire. He collapsed to the ground, groaning as pain flared throughout his entire body. Sheila hadn't been kidding with that science. Bracing himself up on one arm, he began to push himself up from the ground shakily. His gaze focused on Nico again, getting up to one knee. "Yikes buddy, that hurt," he laughed nervously. Seeing Elroy suddenly come to life, his smile brightened. "Elroy, tell these guys to back off, would you?" The smile fell from his face in horror as Elroy struck out at Angel. He watched as he was pinned down by the cables, gut roiling at the pained cries coming from the Silver Wing. Johnny felt a shard of terror pierce him as Elroy turned to face him next. This wasn't like him, they'd done something to his friend. His gaze fell on Alfonse, who seemed to mimic Elroy's every move. There! He didn't understand it, but the Rebel leader had to be taken out. Before Elroy could lash out with the coil, Johnny dove sideways, sending out a torrent of water heaving towards Alfonse. "Let him go!"

Fear and energy pulsed through Nico. His breath came out in gasps. “Johnny get out of here,” he snarled, the lightning charging up again. As he saw the flash of blue, he threw another blinding white bolt at Johnny. He just wanted to get out of here. He wanted this to be over.

Johnny grunted as the bolt hit him, feeling his attack wither. He shook off the spasms of pain, eyes watering. Bracing himself he picked up the speed and ferocity of the burst of water, sending a desperate look at Nico. "Nico, please," he gasped.

Alliser watched the goings on with mild horror. He slipped away, everyone too wrapped up in the battle to give him any notice, and made after the Rebel couple. Hearing the man continue to grumble about being sent away, he sidled up to them. "I don't believe we've met?" he introduced himself, extending a hand to them. "I'm Alliser. I'm very intrigued by your powers."

Alfonse turned Elroy's attention on Johnny and Elroy stepped in front of Alfonse taking the water blast. He staggered back then got upright and shot the electric cables surging after Johnny, stabbing into his skin like a giant taser, he cranked the electricity to blow him back.
Elroy fought hard to send a TPath to Johnny but Alfonse clamped down on that power keeping him mute. Elroy could only watch in horror as he brutally struck out at his friends.

Johnny swore as Elroy took the hit and immediately dispelled the tide. "Elroy, I'm sor - " he was cut off by blinding pain as bursts of electricity shot into his skin. He never felt himself hitting the ground, his body writhing in agony as he screamed from the volts lighting up every part of him. "Nico, help me!" he managed to cry out, tears streaming down his face.

Nico staggered backwards panting and shaking. He squeezed his eyes shut and looked away, trying to force down the rush of grief and nausea. "Shut up," he choked out under his breath. His eyes were stinging, his body starting to ache. He looked at Alfonse. "Shouldn't we go? I mean..." He risked a glance at Johnny. A powerful wave of emotion crashed over him and he had to take a step back to re-steady himself.
Levi was mumbling grumpily under his breath as he hurried after Layla. "Would you cut it out, you big baby," the woman chided. She trailed off, seeing another man approaching. She looked him up and down. Clearly he wasn't on the other side and there was something about him she liked. "Hey. I'm Layla and this is..."
"Oh my god, would you look at that? God dammit, we miss everything cool!" Levi was whining, pointing towards Alfonse and Johnny.
"...This is Levi."

Sheila heard Johnny scream and gasped in terror, how could she help?? She looked down and saw Piper back on the beach alone, running up the steps. She motioned for her to hurry and she ran up the hill, breathing hard. She saw Elroy and Jonny and Angel on the ground.
"HEY PROFESSOR!" Piper shouted, streaking across the frozen ground, twins ice beams at the ready, she spun and sent a blade of ice fromt he ground up, severing the cables and leaving an icy wall between johnny, Angel and the Rebels. She tugged the metal barbs from Johnny's chest. "Come on!" she gasped out, trying to work fast before the rebels regrouped. "Kaiser help Angel!"

Alliser nodded his head, glancing at Levi. He could hear the shrieks of the slinger reverberating on the walls around them. He curled his mouth distastefully. "Yes...My brother usually takes more pleasure out of these antics, than I do," he commented. "If I may...I suspect you have some kind of illusory power, you can conjure hallucinations?" he directed at Layla. "And yet it seems you work as a pair - what is it that you do, Levi? An enhancement of sorts?"

Johnny moaned in pain, barely registering who it was that had rescued him. The pain had gone, but his mind was still abuzz with the lingering effects.
Kaiser raced forwards, skidding to a stop and ripping the chords from around Angel's body. "Angel!" he called out, picking the flier up carefully, mindful of the need for urgency. He looped one of his arms around his neck, hauling him up as best he could. "Let's get you guys out of here."

Olivia barreled through the dirt and rock. She could hear the ruckus from above and halted, hearing Kaiser's call. She grimaced. She was too late, they were retreating. With a whirl of dust, she opened a hole in the ground and lifted herself out on a platform of earth. "Come on, I'll get you out of here," she called. (LOL USELESS)
"I know what you mean," Layla sympathized, giving her husband a withering look. "He likes it when things blow up." She turned back to him, her arms crossed casually. "And nice guess. Yeah I do illusions. Lev reads minds. Don't'cha babe?"
"Huh...?" He tore his gaze away from the exciting display and wandered over to his wife. "Oh yeah. We make a pretty good team, huh?" He puffed his chest out proudly.

Piper gasped and helped drag Johnny into the hole, Sheila helped carry him into the tunnel out of sight. Angel clung to Kaiser. "Fly us out of here man." he gasped in pain. "Fly us home, hurry!"
Elroy shattered the ice in front of him with a blast of electricity and stepped forward but there was no one on the other side. He paused and turned back to Alfonse.
"Leave them be. Come on crew, we need to go to the Power Plant. Clear a path." he climbed into the truck and Elroy followed. He was panicked for Johnny inside, but releived that they had escaped somehow. Where were they taking him? What would he do at the power plant?? He didn't know, but it couldn't be good.

Alliser cooed in delight, one hand coming up to rest under his chin. "Oh you do make a pretty pair, don't you?" he said. "You see into their minds and pick out their worst fears, and you create them." He hummed. "I wouldn't want to ever be caught on your bad side. I think I'd rather be one of the blood zombies."

Kaiser nodded and adjusted his grip around Angel. "Hold on tight," he said, bending his knees. He shot into the sky, barrelling towards the city.
